Online Training

How do I register for online training?
Visit and click on the Training menu. Select Course Listing and choose from any of  the classes we offer. To complete your registration click on the Register icon and submit a credit card for payment. You will receive a confirmation email with log-in instructions.
How do I start my online training?
You will receive a link with your confirmation email that allows you to begin the training at your convenience.
Can I take breaks during the training or finish it at a later date?
Yes. You will be able to pick up where you left off. 
What do I need in order to participate in online training?
You will need:
  • A device that is connected to the Internet (broadband recommended)
  • An Internet browser, such as Firefox™, Microsoft® Edge, Google Chrome™, or Apple Safari™
  • Minimum 2GB RAM
  • Headphones or speakers
How will I receive my training materials?
You will be able to access to your course materials after logging in to your H.E.L.P.™ dashboard. 
Is there a way to ask questions during or after a computer based training?
If you have any questions during or after your training, please contact Customer Service
How many questions do I have to get right to pass the course?
There is not a designated number of test questions that you have to get right to pass the course. It is up to your employer to determine if your performance in the class is satisfactory based on your job functions.
When will I receive my certificate?
Your certificate will be emailed to you when you complete your training. You will also be able to print your certificate from your H.E.L.P.™ dashboard.
Can I earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) credits for online courses?
Yes, continuing education credits awarded are based on the average number of hours the course takes to complete. CEUs are printed on your certificate.
How long will it take to finish my online training?
Online training classes are self-paced. The length of the classes varies.
If I can't take or finish my course right after I purchase it, will it expire?
Your CBT is available for 90 days from the date of purchase. If you need additional time, you may contact Customer Service for assistance.
I can't find my certificate. Can you send me another one?
Your certificate is available on your H.E.L.P.TM dashboard. You can access your dashboard by logging in to your account
